What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery inside Kathmandu valley is Rs 200 /- and delivery outside Kathmandu valley is Rs 300 /- .

What happens after I order from the Online Store?

After you place an order from our Online Store, you will receive a call from us to verify and confirm the order. Once the order is confirmed, we handover your purchased goods to our logistic company who will then deliver your order to you.

What are the accepted payment options?

We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer for deliveries inside Kathmandu valley and other major cities. For orders that need to be delivered outside Kathmandu valley, we facilitate bank transfer and E-Sewa.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time depends on location the order is to be delivered at. Delivery inside Kathmandu valley takes 1 to 2 business days from the date of order placement. Delivery outside of Kathmandu valley takes 2 to 7 days from the date of order placement depending on the delivery location.

How do I cancel an order?

Cancellation of your order is only possible if the order hasn’t been dispatched. To cancel the order, please reach out to us through our CONTACT US section on our website or call us at 9803155980. You can also send us a message on Viber us along with your order number.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive a registered pan bill/vat bill.

How we can return the products?

Please refer to our Return Policy for queries regarding returns.

Why is the 'Cash on Delivery' payment mode not available at my location?

Availability of the ‘Cash on Delivery’ depends on the courier services delivering to your location.For high value orders, prepayment must be done.
